For safety\, Children are not allowed. \nLOCATION \nNature Hike @ \nEvergreen \nINSTRUCTOR \nDanielle Moore with Capture the Rockies LLC \nDESCRIPTION \n\nHike begins at 9:00 AM arrival time should be between 8:45-9:00AM\nTrip includes a guided tour\n2-3 snapshot pictures of each participant taken during the hike\nShort narrative on the geology of land and indigenous people in the region\nReflection Time\nSnacks and Water\n\nPAYMENT/FEE \n$35 PER PERSON due online at registration. DESCRIPTION:Healing Circles Provide a Safe Space For Hope and Healing\n\n\n\n\nFamily Healing Circles bring together Black and Brown grieving mothers and their families (ages 4+) navigating the death-loss of a child. \nThese gatherings offer a safe and compassionate space to heal together through: \n\nGentle reflection and open conversation\nCreative and expressive activities\nConnection with others who share similar experiences\n\nWhether you’re a grieving mother or a family member walking alongside one\, Healing Circles provide a safe space where memories can be honored\, emotions can be expressed\, and healing can begin—together. \n*All family members must be registered through a bereaved mom who is currently enrolled in AP programming.

DESCRIPTION:As part of our commitment to equitable grief care\, The Black Grief Task Force is a collective impact initiative for healing\, advocacy\, and systems change. We unite lived-experience leaders\, community partners\, and professionals to confront disparities in grief care and ensure Black families receive culturally grounded\, compassionate\, and equitable support. \nThrough focus groups\, community listening\, and targeted training\, we elevate Black voices and offer culturally responsive training to challenge inequities and advocate for grief-sensitive practices throughout Colorado’s health\, education\, and social service systems.
